Hvgiftnest Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery Information
When you order from Hvgiftnest, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your items are shipped, you’ll be notified with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can select your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during checkout.
Order Processing Time
We process orders Monday through Saturday, with a standard processing time of 1 to 2 business days from when the order is placed. Orders are shipped promptly after processing. Please note that we are closed on Sundays, which may occasionally result in slight delays. During times of high demand, processing can take longer than 3 business days.
If your order experiences a delay due to inaccurate payment details or incorrect address information, the processing of your order may be postponed.

Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the destination, and the following are average delivery estimates:
- United States: 5-7 business days
- International (Worldwide): 10-21 business days
Please note, these estimates do not include our 1-2 day processing time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary based on the destination. You can calculate the estimated shipping cost by adding items to your cart, proceeding to the checkout page, and entering your shipping address. The exact shipping cost will be shown on the checkout page. Below are our flat-rate shipping fees:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, feel free to contact our customer support for assistance.
If you notice that the tracking status has not updated after 5 days, please reach out to us via email for quick support.
Note About Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. If any information is incorrect or missing, we may need to contact you to correct it, which could cause delays.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, you have up to 24 hours from the time of order to do so. Please email us at [email protected] with your address change request.
Shipping Restrictions
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided, especially the exact apartment number in a building. If you notice any errors within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected]. After 24 hours, if the address is incorrect, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly.
To reduce shipping costs, we use a one-way shipping service. If your package is returned due to delivery issues, we cannot refund the order, even if the tracking information shows it was “returned to sender.” Returned packages are usually sent to the carrier’s storage, not directly back to our warehouse.
Refunds and Missing Packages
We are unable to offer refunds for packages that:
- Were not delivered after multiple attempts by the carrier
- Were refused upon delivery
- Had issues due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Show as “delivered” in the tracking status but have not been received by you
For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the carrier’s tracking information to help you track the package directly.
Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not accept shipments to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items sent to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
PO Box and Military APO/FPO Shipping
We can ship to PO Boxes, but we do not currently ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
Taxes & Duties
Import duties, taxes, and local charges are not included in the price of the item or shipping costs. These are the buyer’s responsibility. All orders from Hvgiftnest are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), meaning the buyer will be invoiced for import taxes and duties by the shipping carrier upon delivery, based on the destination country’s sales tax laws.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional costs may apply.
